Description

This Is the cover painting for the Classic Howard Fast story "Spartacus" It was done for a paperback cover for the (UK) Mayflower edition- Granada (1981) ISBN 10: 0583125018. So can you guess who the model Is and It's a great likeness too! This painting Is 10x9 and done in gouache. WHOOHOO! .....Sorry Stoked about owning this piece as this was a great movie! and I have to say a great big thanks to Jane Frank over at www.wow-art.com for this and my other Dey art piece. She Is fantastic to work with and a wealth of knowledge in these paintings. Take a look at her site and get out your credit card as you won't be dissapointed!
