DescriptionThis is it. George's best and most iconic work imho. My grail of grails.****my wife and I have discussed selling this someday and we agree that I'd only sell if it could change our lives. I know that there have been some iconic pieces that sold for some crazy prices, and you this is definitely Iconic. From 1983 when the series was originally going to be done by Perez! He never gave up on this quest and this is one of those pieces that showed us how it would have looked.

An absolute stunner. His penciled and inked covers gave us a clear, open window into how his art was supposed to look like. It was leagues ahead of all other art he did that unfortunately had to be inked by other people.

Absolutely wonderful images of the teams - love the choice of the black space background emphasizing the cosmic proportions of the team-up. A prime example of Perez at his best!

This is the piece that had everyone drooling! No better image of the two teams together in the unpublished or published crossovers!

It doesn't get any better or more historic than this JLA-Avengers-wise.
I loved that tey incoprorated this scenario into the actual teamup that got published.

Jaw dropping, stunning and breathtaking just doesn't cover it! I agree that this is George's most iconic piece and I am sooo jelaous! It is now my desktop wallpaper. Congrats on getting a grail most of us would give our right leg to own!
