INFO: The great Arthur "Art" Adams illustrated this character-packed 1986 finale page from Web of Spider-Man Annual #2 featuring Spider-Man in his popular black suit along with the New Mutants, the teenage X-Men-in-training team. Spider-Man has just shared an adventure with the New Mutant's Warlock (not to be confused with Adam Warlock--this Warlock is an alien with a sentient form of "techno-organic" life, which resembles machinery and circuitry). This finale page takes place at Professor Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, where the teens live and train. The other team members are gathering around a sleeping Warlock while Spider-Man peaks in the window. The New Mutants shown here include Sam, Dani, Illyana, Rahne, Amara and Doug.

After a great series of X-Men annuals by Arthur Adams, the Web of Spidey served as another one with The New Mutants tie in. Very nice pencils and inks in this end page to have his cartoony look.

If you want a great page from a super fun story, you really can't go wrong with this page! Even with the poor reproduction in the original comic, the art was still amazing. Thanks for sharing.
