The cover to the first issue of Spidey Super Stories. One of my favorite series and still a comic I buy for friends with young kids. Apparently the guy on the stairs with the hat and glasses is Morgan Freeman!

Iconic 1970s cover that makes me feel nostalgic even though I was too young to read those issues at the time--I have fond memories of hoping to catch a glimpse of Spidey in the Electric Company reruns that I watched in the late 70s. Love the classic Spidey pose and the wonderful characterization that Romita gave to the non-wall crawling folks on the page. Great stuff!
