DescriptionThis magnificent piece has traded hands a few times is seems. Well, I think it has now found a permanent home.I spoke to David Finch at NYCC 2012 and he said this is the cover that people ask him about the most. When it was first done he made it dripping red blood but apparently they thought it was too violent so he changed it. Then they come out and do a blood dripping variant after all. Probably the best Moon Knight cover I've seen!!! Congrats, thats awesome.

That is one unbelievable cover....honestly looking at it in person, it literally performs like one of those 3-D posters that were popular not so long ago, that you had to look cross-eyed at to make work; but this one does it without the eyestrain!! I've seen this before with other of Finch's works but never as prominently as this one, and believe it's some kind of mutant talent he possesses- and this effect I've seen WITHOUT any pharmacologic intervention (i swear). Any rate, missing the effect, but know it has gone to a true conservator of this piece.

i would sell my soul for this one. the detail and everything is furcking awesome and immaculate and intricate and utterly breathtaking!!! NON ONE does details like FINCH!!! NO ONE!!! and if there is someone who does, i have yet to see them, Any suggestilons? Cuz i just love this kinda gritty amazing art. Finch is my absolute favorite artist in general and for fleshing out the lovely schizo-Moon-Knight!!!

This was a great series. In my comic art collecting infancy I was sniped at the last second on Finch's cover to #1 on eBay! [Sigh] Bravo!
