Description"The Idea"When John Byrne lived in my hometown I had the opportunity to see almost every page of his pencils for Captain America. Roger Stern, as the writer of each issue, would try to have a scene showing how tough Cap's shield was. I suggested that Dragon-Man bite Cap's shield, John used it in the book, the Marvel offices liked it and used it for the cover. I got the cover as reward. Cory V Social/Sharing |

Both the art and the story behind it are incredibly cool ! Congrats for that Grail cover and thank you for coming up with such a great idea !!!
