Description

Dan Reed is probably best known for his work on the Transformers UK series written by Simon Furman. He's also worked on a variety of other projects, incluing a horror series titled Retro Dead that came out in the mid-1990s. I asked Dan if he would sketch Asajj Ventress. The character of Ventress has appeared in the Clone Wars animated series and the Dark Horse comic books. With her pale-as-death skin, lithe figure, and voluminous black skirt, she has a gothic look to her. Recalling Dan's macabre work on the Retro Dead book, I thought he would do a superb job rendering the character. I have to say, the finished drawing more than exceeded my expectations.
