Description

Alan Moore Original Sketch from 1983, I spent a very enjoyable month on a student placement at British Marvel when thay were based in London's Kentish Town, I met a fair few of the guys working on 'Marvel Superheroes' and 'The Daredevils' brilliant monthlies edited by Bernie Jaye and I think Paul Neary. I was invited by David Lloyd to an SSI seminar at Kingston-Upon Thames and managed to wrangle this Biro Sketch from the great man (on the train journey back to London). Alan Moore, in the days just before mega-stardom was always a very approachable thoroughly decent man (of course he still is)..and I feel incredibly privileged to own this.

There certainly isn't much original art by Alan around. This is a catch indeed.

Cheers John, I wonder if anyone actually owns the strips Alan did for Sounds, NME or Maxwell the Magic Cat?
