DescriptionBWS is likely my fave comics artist and Solar was my fave hero in the Valiant universe, especially the "Alpha & Omega" storyline, so putting my hands on the cover to #1 is a dream come true, even though I gotta say he did quite a few other beautiful covers for this book.Social/Sharing |

My first Valiant comic was Solar # 1 simply on the strength of this cover.

Enrico, Mind Blowing! My Second favorite BWS cover, the cowl contemplation is the first! I would be honored should you remember me if you ever lose your mind and part with this.

Anyone remember the Valiant Art Tour that traveled to various comic shops in the early 90s? This cover was part of that tour.

Yeah wow is right. The Valiant line was great - especially Solar and Magnus - and these BWS covers are gems. Well done.

Obviously this is a gorgeous BWS Valiant cover. What makes seeing the original even better is that it was drawn on a Marvel Comics board. :)
