Description

Incredible detailed and clean work,made in oil and size around 11" x 16"
By the one of the more important england painter John Bolton.Purchase directly to John and Liliana.
This cover was used how a cover of the first mini-series of the aclaimed Neil Gaiman´s The Books of Magic reprint in a TPB in the 2001 and the Deluxe edition.
The cover has a curiosity,is in the signature,John sign the art in violet color in the roof in the house on the right but appaer published in the other side in white.

First time I saw the printed cover, I´d swear it was digital rendering. This is simply fantastic. Bolton is one of the greats
