Description

My first Leonardi...and with Austin inks.

Must thank Allen Bush for releasing this in a very smooth trade deal..always liked something about the concept and design of C&D so nice to add a cover to the collection.

When Allen traded the cover, he suggested adding a logo - I like to think I can listen to good advice so I asked my local graphic designer expert, Hart Rieckhof, if he would do the honors.

As you can see in the extra image of the logo, he did not take any shortcuts!

I was 12 and chasing down all the Secret Wars tie ins. When I came across this cover I subsequently began reading C&D and thus succumbed to another Marvel marketing ploy. Just an iconic Copper Image, congrats on obtaining this.

Spectacular Cloak and Dagger image. Leonardi was never better than on this book being inked by Austin.

Secret wars was a big hype back in the day. Not as good as the original, but the crossover stories were abundant. Love the expression and anatomy on Dagger here (really feels like she is hanging in the air) and overall composition of this cover. A stunner!
