I purchased this piece on eBay from a dealer who described it as a "cover proof" inked and colored by George Roussos. It's a very cool artifact of the fantastic 1980s New Mutants run because this cover by Rick Leonardi and Bill Sienkiewicz was actually replaced with one by Art Adams. This piece is the size of a standard comic book and it's clear that all the inking and coloring was done by hand on the piece. I've never seen anything like it, so I would appreciate any input from anyone who might know about its history or have seen other pieces like this one.
