DescriptionBeautiful splash from A&A #5 by the master BWS. This piece was enhanced after publication by Smith. The lettering was also restored. I couldn't be happier with the final results.Social/Sharing |

Outstanding splash! BWS sure know how to enhance his stuff as this looks far more detailed! I still need a BWS Valiant page myself and could only hope to get one this awesome! Congrats buddy!

My jaw dropped, looking at this enhanced page - - a great page, from a great artist! Congrats on getting this gem.

That's a true enhancement! Plus BWS's lettering is actually more legible than the originals! He upgraded this piece for you this year, was it your choice or his? The results are remarkable!

The words were restored by his studio letterer. Enhancement: BWS hand signed Archers name on the last speech balloon. A palm tree was added to the top right hand corner of the piece. Many details added to Flo's scales and tail. Shadowing throughout has been greatly enhanced. Looks like horseshoes were added to the wall? I think that's what they are. Much more detail was added to the bed sheet and Archer's crossbow.

Even though I'm a big fan of BWS the published version of this page was very lackluster to my eyes So much better looking that the original. This makes me crave new BWS work so badly. So glad Barry did this. i hope it's not the last time he does something like this! Congrats!

This is not the first or the last time he will do something like this...He's a perfectionist. BWS is currently working on his new comic series "Monsters". I don't know when it's coming out or whos publishing it but you can read the preview on his website.
