Description

I commissioned this sketch from Gary Erskine's wife at D.I.C.E in Dublin in 2012. He had a long wait time so they posted this out to me a few weeks later. I saw Gary Erskine talk about the sketch on his facebook page and he said he got carried away. Originally it was supposed to be a simple head shot. He even got a shout out from Mr Neil Gaiman himself about it.

This particular image is preliminary sketches he did before the final image. He included it when he posted me the final image. Even though it's s rough I actually really like it. I thought it gave an insight into the creative process.
