Description

Original cover art used for Lady Death: Tribulation #1 by Meghan Hetrick, who has done work for Vertigo comics (Fairest) as well as a number of sketch card companies and properties.

The piece is done on apx 10x15 Arches hot press watercolor rag, in Copic marker, acrylic paint and gouache per the artist. The colors are amazing.

The art was used for a NYCC exclusive Samhain edition, limited edition copy of the book limited to 99 copies, that was also hand-embellished in Swarovski crystal.

Arrived today on Halloween - perfect !
