How the heck does this page not have more comments? Great action from a very fondly remembered issue from my youth. I loved the Hammerhead ghost as a kid and wondered how Spidey was going to save his aunt. Little did I imagine he would team up with Dr. Ock in the next couple of issues. Excellent page (would love to see a better scan of it). Thanks for sharing!

Great page! The top right panel is wild, as is the whole concept of Doc Ock rescuing Aunt May from the ghost of Hammerhead. Dynamic figurework from Andru, and a really exciting page.
