Description

Philo Barnhart was a character designer for The Little Mermaid film and this is one of his drawings for Disney Consumer Products from a later period. I had not heard his name until comic artist Lea Hernandez told me he had been very helpful teaching her to draw Ariel. Philo also worked on the Marvel Little Mermaid comic books.
