Description

A great cover from the terrific Mahnke / Johns GL run - I think Mahnke delivers the best version of Sinestro (like a slightly emaciated, evil Errol Flynn) so I was on the look out for a cover with him at the core. A previous purchase was sadly stolen but I was lucky enough to find this one, with Hal in perfect symmetry as a bonus. Alamy's inks on this one are also terrific - he gives Mahnke's work a finer, more detail dlook than when he inks his own stuff, which I think works perfectly. Victory at last.

Great cover, Alex, and I totally agree with your statements. Mahnke's Sinestro is spot on and his work definitely looks best when paired with Alamy. I actually recently picked up a nice DPS from this same issue. Congrats on this sweet acquisition!
