Description

I decided an old school Valiant jam was in order! I had Frankie B. Washington rough out the page at the 2014 Southcoast Toy & Comic Show in preparation for the 2014 Boston Comic Con.

I had two artists in mind to do two figures, but one was priced way out of my budget. So I had Joe St. Pierre do Rai as the initial character due to his run on early Rai issues in the '90's.
