Tavola originale pubblicata per il romanzo grafico scritto da Neil Gaiman come seguito della serie a fumetti The Sandman, edita da DC Comics tra il 1989 e il 1996. Il volume, pubblicato da DC Comics-Vertigo nel 2003, si compone di 7 capitoli, ognuno dedicato ad un membro degli Eterni. Ciascun capitolo � stato assegnato ad un artista differente; non a caso per Desiderio fu scelto Milo Manara. Matita, china ed acquerello su carta cm 26x41.

Original art published at page 14 of the graphic novel written by Neil Gaiman as a follow-up to his Sandman series. The book, published by DC Comics-Vertigo in 2003, is divided into seven chapters, each devoted to one of the Endless. Milo Manara created the second chapter �Desire�. Pencil, ink and watercolor on paper.
