Description

When i was only 12 or 14 years ( i do not remember very well ) i used to go every Saturday morning to learn how to draw comics to school Joso in Barcelona. And one of those Saturdays it was done an exhibition of originals of Jordi Bernet. There was when i discovered the great work that is Torpedo 1936. Also i remember my teacher of drawing praising the stroke of Bernet, it was something unusual because he used criticize to almost all the artist that i prefer by those dates.

This piece belongs to story Get up and go was first published as a short story in vol 3 by Toutain in 1985, and that then Bernet and Abul� adapted it to the comic in volume 7 in the year 1989. They are these short stories where Abul� always was successful it, full of nastiness and black humor in spades.

Cuando solo ten�a 12 o 14 a�os ( no lo recuerdo muy bien ) iba todos los s�bados por la ma�ana a aprender a dibujar comics a la escuela Joso de Barcelona. Y uno de esos s�bados se hizo una exposici�n de originales de Jordi Bernet. All� fue cuando descubr� esa obra maestra que es Torpedo 1936. Tambi�n recuerdo a mi profesor de dibujo alabando el trazo de Bernet, cosa curiosa porque por aquel entonces siempre sol�a criticar a casi todos lo dibujantes que me gustaban.

Esta pieza pertenece a la historia Lev�ntate y Anda que primero se public� como relato corto en el tomo 3 de Toutain en el a�o 1985, y que luego Bernet y Abul� la adaptaron al comic en el tomo 7 en el a�o 1989. Son estas historias cortas donde Abul� lo bordaba, mala leche y humor negro a raudales.
