Description

Commissioned from Billy Tucci at Phoenix Comic con 2015 as a tribute passing of my best friend Vincent Villalobos. The sketch is inspired by a Red Elvises album cover, with Harley Quinn substituted as the cover girl. Vincent was self-proclaimed as the Red Elvises' #1 fan; on occasion attending their shows in Tucson, Phoenix, and San Diego all in the same week (to be honest their show REALLY is that GOOD though).
