DescriptionSpace Riders #3 coverArt by Alexis Ziritt Written by Fabian Rangel Jr Black Mask Studios - Published June 17, 2015 Discovered Alexis' art at Heroes 2014 with a preview copy of Space Riders that featured the first four pages of issue #1 and some rough concept sketches. Alexis and Fabian signed my copy and did a quick sketch in the book for me. I made sure to check out the first issue of the series when Black Mask Studios (Epitaph Records' Comic company) released it earlier 2015 and LOVED it. Alexis' art is vibrant, loud and all around fun. Big thanks to Neil at OutofStepArts and Alexis for bringing this piece to the convention. Beyond the issue #3 cover, this piece was also used for Ziritt's limited edition ECCC 2015 giclee print. They only made 15 giclee prints on 11 x 17 Arches textured 240 gsm 100% cotton rag paper printed using Ultrachrome inks. For HeroesCon 2015 and the release of Space Riders #3, new standard cardstock prints were made. A Shop Called Quest also used this image to promote Alexis' SDCC 2015 appearance. Social/Sharing |

Ziritt's knows how to draw you in - you can imagine each character's backstory just from their designs.
