Description

A fantastic splash by one of my very favourite artists on what I've been told his is favorite work ever.

Nightwing was excellent under the Dixon & McDaniel team and the Grayson & Leonardi one continued the trend of excellence.

I'm sure everyone loving his DCU can see the appeal of this splash: two great characters who share a lot of history meeting face to face in Dick's private flat. Deathstroke immediately establishes his superiority by simply being there, having tracked Dick down. I don't remember if we already knew that Nightwing's secret ID was already known to Deathstroke at the time but in any case, this is a powerful cliff-hanger. Truly fantastic storytelling!

It is also very nice to own this last page of this issue and the opening one of the next by the same team. It feels special.

You come in at the door and Deathstroke is sitting on your couch - I really hate when that happens (don't bother locking the door with extra locks or some such - it doesn't stop him ;) Great page - congrats!
