Description

As you can see looking at my collection, i'm a big fan of Greg Rucka, i love his comics and novels. And if anything characterises Rucka is his great talent for the genre black and the tormented female characters (Tara Chace of Queen and Country, Renée Montoya of Gotham Central, Carrie Stetko in Whiteout). In this series the female character is Forever Carlyle, and is the Lazarus, bodyguard of the Carlyle family in a post-apocalyptic world where power families or clans flaunt it. In this piece appearing the characters of Forever and Joaquim, and as always, Michael Lark does a great work with the storytelling and with the details of every panel.

Como podéis comprobar viendo mi colección, soy un gran fan de Greg Rucka, lo sigo desde hace tiempo, tanto cómics como novelas. Y si algo caracteriza a Rucka es su gran talento para el genero negro y para los personajes femeninos atormentados ( Tara Chace de Queen and Country, Renée Montoya de Gotham Central, Carrie Stetko de Whiteout ). En Esta serie el personaje femenino es Forever Carlyle, y es el Lazarus, guardaespaldas de la familia Carlyle en un mundo post-apocalíptico donde el poder lo ostentan las familias o clanes. En esta pieza aparecen los personajes de Forever y Joaquim, y como siempre, Michael Lark hace un esplendido trabajo con la composición de página y con los detalles de cada viñeta.
