DescriptionA little later than usual but here we go. Finally it's Superboy & Nam-Lor to the rescue. And most of you are going who the "H" "E" "LL" is Nam-Lor ?. Well , the extra images below share his story. He only appeared once in a Legion back-up story from their Action Comics run.He was your basic good looking super-powered hero with a bunch of Superboy-like powers. He met Lu when she was visiting his home planet in pursuit of a criminal. He assisted her, they have a whirlwind/super-speed romance and she returns from her mission as an engaged woman ! Nam-Lor had a mysterious hyper-aura around him which somehow ( and no one ever explained exactly how...) turned one half of Lu from good to evil. The evil half became Lelith and in an effort to show his devotion to evil Lu, Nam-Lor went on a crime spree or two ( as you do ) with his new fiancee. A throwaway character to be sure but there was still untapped possibilities with him. If his aura turned a good Lu evil, could they turn an evil Lu, towards the path of redemption ? He may have only been engaged to Duo for 8 pages but love is a powerful force... Is his appearance a game-changer or the epilogue to an already doomed romance ? Enjoy Aidan Social/Sharing |

This cover was worth the wait! Love how John did all of the faces Sal Style! Plus the fact that you just can't get enough heroes with Superboy-like powers!! Love this!

Very cool cover. I didn't realize that each of Duplicate Girl's had a specific name & personality. I wonder what the name of her third self was?

I love the old-school goodness of this cover---spot-on 70s Sal! And thanks for the history lesson---nice to learn about Nam-Lor!

I had forgotten all about Nam-Lor! Hat's off to you guys for remembering and including him, because it definitely makes sense for him to reappear for this story. And of course John and Russell did their normal lovely work!

Who knows ??? Maybe he will appear in a future Karate Kid Vs...where he fights Val on a physical level and at the same time cause him to have an internal mental level struggle of Yin/Yang Good/Evil.

So maybe I'll make it happen because I like odd ones!
