FREDDIE MOORE At least I think this is Freddie Moore. A batch of drawings surfaced from the collection of Tex Henson a couple or three decades ago. I still have 4. I assume they are Moore's work but even if not they are great! Apparently even Disney animators amused themselves doing drawings for themselves and the office crew.
