DescriptionAn Eye for an Eye and A LIFE FOR A LIFE ! Nam-Lor has willingly laid down his life for a woman that loved him briefly but went on to marry someone else. That woman Duo Damsel of course, had her own experience of unrequited love with Superboy. So, it all comes full circle.John did a lovely job on this. This really feels like a long lost Legion cover from the Grell era. Russ as usual did his magic and as promised even Krpto gets a chance to mourn. RIP Nam-Lor Enjoy Aidan Social/Sharing |

Poor Nam-Lor, we hardly knew him! Really nice lettering on this one.

Ah, a circle of unrequited love...to quote a famous philosopher: "Love Stinks!". More great work by Mr Watson.

Next week's offering is my first Infinite Timelines double page spread that was originally planned for the 200th commission. John outdid himself on that one. The title is a little more optimistic than a "Love Stinks" approach....it is LOVE IS STRONGER THAN DEATH !

Saturdays are always better when we get the next installment of the LSH. Thanks, Aidan. This cover is really excellent. John really does a terrific job with the Legion.

This is truly outstanding----John has a real knack for finding the authenticity to the period in this series. This not only looks like it was published back in the day, but it FEELS like it should have been! Also, the cloud effect really sets it off and seems like a natural extension of the experiments with photographic cover elements DC did during this era. BTW, it's good to see the Dog of Steel again!

When I saw it first, I echoed your sentiments exactly. Russ adding the cloud effect and my dialogue were just the icing on the cake.

Beautiful. John especially shines in showing the grief on the faces of Superboy, Luornu, and Krypto (very sad dog). One question-does the TG on her hip indicate that Triplicate Girl has been reborn with all three bodies?

Wonderful cover! This is something that would have fit beautifully in the series back in the day. It's fantastic that it's Triplicate Girl again as well, after all they weren't just spare bodies to be gotten rid of when a writer needed to throw in some danger and death.
