Description

Red and Rover running, on the back cover of a program for the grand opening of The Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum at THE Ohio State University. I was lucky enough to attend Brain Basset's talk (Nov 17, 2013) at OSU during the grand opening of The Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum. I took my daughter and after his talk he was signing books, and in this case a program, out in the lobby. He also signed a book for my daughter. A good guy; great cartoon. The drawing was done with a ball point pen.
