Got this last year (2015),
Great Chibi Gigi! by Oliver Nome.

Reminds me of the Mitchell corp / capcom video game Pang (or Buster Bros).
Love that game.

In case you didn't know Oliver has been struggling with his health and can really use some help.

Rest in peace Oliver.

This piece could not be found after his passing.
So it seems unlikely I'll ever get this piece in hand now.
