In honor of my buddy Tyler T's CAF interview tonight and our shared love of Matt's art I'm sharing this wildly special piece.

This is Matthew Allison's cover art for the debut issue of Sweet Sepulcher # 1 published in July, 2016 by Arcane Press. Matt has been flexing his love for horror comics and films with his incredible style and inking techniques.

Matt actually did two versions of this cover, but ultimately used this one for the final cover spread. I was fortunate enough to pick up both versions directly from Matt in 2016.

Grotesquely elegant! The inking of Matt Allison feels so organically smooth, even for the most gross out scenes!

So cool! I found a copy of this @ Bmore comic con last year along with calamity of challenge original printing. I'm waiting to see who grabbed that cover recently... 👀👀👀
