Description"Morning Classes" - 24" x 36" Acrylic on Canvas by Michael R NewcomerAny pilot, Army or Navy, who flew any type of aircraft during World War II, most likely spent time in a PT-17 Stearman trainer. The Kaydet, the two-seater biplane introduced by Stearman Aircraft Division of Boeing in Wichita, Kansas, in 1934, became a great success during World War II.
