DescriptionThis was a backer commission I received from Identity Comics Kickstarter campaign for "Blueprint 2." I don't really own any color commissions from Jerry Gaylord so I chose him for the commission perk.Ariel Singleton's the Seeker for the American Quidditch Team, which has this awesome New England colonial style stadium decorated with floating jack-o'-lanterns. This one was a bit tricky because it's near impossible to find a decent full body shot of Ariel, so I had to send Jerry what I could along with screenshots of the other members of the American team to give him an idea of what the uniform looks like. It's also why I decided to save this idea for an at home commission instead of a convention sketch. I just love how vibrant the colors are in this piece and it was so worth the wait. Social/Sharing |
