Part of a set of 90s themed DC Comics characters. In the 90s Aquaman lost his hand and replaced it with a harpoon hand that shoots out and stuff.

The definition of lame cliche gimmicks on trying to make a character look tough... might as well give him an eye-patch, scars, tattoos and give catchphrases and one-liners. New 52 Aquaman was one of very few characters that turned out well, by going back to classic Aquaman and letting his action make him tough, not his clothing or lack there of...
