"Mike Nasser (a.k.a. Netzer), a disciple of the "Neal Adams School", does a fine job with this story, reminding readers of Adams without aping him too much. Much of the credit should go to Josef Rubinstein's clear and outstanding inks. Nasser also introduces a spectacular new Batmobile that is a throwback to the version from the late 1960s."
