Description

When looking for characters to get sketches of for the 30th Anniversary of GI Joe the Movie, Cobra Commander's look from Serpentor's throne room, with his robe and scepter, stood out. I have been wanting a sketch from Brian Shearer for awhile and since I wanted Cobra Commander in color, it was a perfect match!
