Description

The recipient of this piece of original art, Dave Wigransky, had written an article defending comic books. This is a rare example of art signed by both Joe Simon and Jack Kirby from near the time the art was created. It is also the only published Prize crime cover art by Simon and Kirby to survive.

That is so cool! Kirby's long and varied career in comics is sometimes obscured by the power of his Marvel and DC work in superheroes.

Somebody needs to warn her about the dangers of smoking! : - ) What an awesome piece of art, signed by two of the Gods of the comic medium. Great story behind it as well.
