DescriptionI SPENT THIS YEARS COMICCON ON THE PHONE MOST OF THE TIME SEALING THE DEAL FOR THIS BEAUTY :) IT WAS FIRST PUBLISHED IN THE DAILY TEXAN (CHRIS'S SCHOOL PAPER) THEN IN ACME NOVELTY LIBRARY IN 1994,AND FINALLY ACME NOVELTY LIBRARY QUIMBY HARDCOVER IN 2003. THIS PAGE HAS A BIT MORE VISUAL DEPTH THAN MOST OF WARE'S WORK, I THINK THAT MAKES IT RATHER UNIQUE. IT ALSO HAS THE QUALITY OF AN EARLY SILENT FILM, THIS IS ALL VISUAL STORYTELLING. THIS IS A NICE COMPLEMENT TO MY OTHER WARE WHICH IS REALLY ABOUT WARE'S WRITING.Social/Sharing |
