Description

Paul Cornell really delighted in this series, and I'm sorry it didn't have a much longer run. Captain Britain had been written as a buffoon in the years before this series, and it was nice to have him reestablished as Britain's premier hero. Pete Wisdom and Spitfire, two characters I love, were also beautifully developed by Cornell. Here's a great action page from the first issue. Jesse Delperdang is the perfect inker for Leonard Kirk, and he made the first story arc my favorite.
