Of course this isn't a comic related artwork :)
But I loved it at first sight, since it's a very stylish image, which
reminds me of the glamorous movie stars from that era.

I don't have a clue about artist's first name and biography. I guess he was French and I found he worked for fashion houses and advertising industry between '40s and '50s (see additional images)...
Any further info will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
