Duke, a great John Buscema Thor splash! John Verpoorten is one of my favorite inkers. He is very underrated. Wall to wall art! a true stunner!

Comment #32: incredible 1972 classic splash by Big John, sadly not inked by Sinnott who worked on his art on so many great issues later ! Always loved it when stories started with Heimdall and the Rainbow brigde !

What a really lame page from one of the most uninteresting issues with this boring character, drawn by no-namers - so bad that you didn't even care too name the inker..! Unworthy to be in your mighty collection, by Odin's bristling beard..

What's not to love about this title page splash - Thor, Heimdall, Thor's friends, Kirby crackle, rainbow bridge, and an excellent drawing of a horse, plus it's got Ragnarok in the title - by Mr. John Buscema!!

This page is amazing just for the title and the killer text alone, but throw in Heimdall and Thor on a rearing steed and it just can't be beat !
