Description

I've been a longtime fan of Elwood Smith's cartoon illustration work, and love the energy he conveys in his work. This piece appears to have been done for a children's publication of some type, but I've not yet been able to track down where it saw print. It certainly has all of the Elwood Smith touches that one could hope for in a piece.
