DescriptionTrippy Story!Synopsis for Superman & Batman: "The Innocent Who Hated" In Gotham City, a scientist experiments with an animal at the Gotham Zoo, but the creature escapes after the scientist is attacked by some criminals. The creature flies to Metropolis and is found by a crazy bag lady. It is then that the woman discovers that the creature can make her wishes come true and she takes advantage of the situation by going around town and making strange things happen. Superman becomes aware of the strange events, but he is unable to locate the lady and meanwhile, Batman deduces that everything is connected to the experimental creatured that escaped from the Zoo. Going to Metropolis, Batman joins Superman on the quest to find the lady, but once they find her, she decides to turn every foreigner in the city to stone. At first, all people that were not white or didn't look as Americans were turned to stone, but when she noticed that Superman was on her trail, she decided to turn every suspicious looking person to stone, including Superman, who is the greatest foreigner in her eyes. Batman is left alone and he tricks the woman by disguising himself as the statue of George Washington and making her realize that it is wrong to condemn foreigners, when America was built by the foreigners of old. When the woman returns everyone to normal, Superman takes away the creature from her hands and Batman then takes ther to a place where people would take care of her. Back in Gotham, Superman and Batman return the creature to the scientist, but soon they learn that the creature has gone to space, following his creator's wish. Social/Sharing |
