Description

I commissioned Randy to do my favorite character. As well as being a great artist, some of the earliest renditions I ever saw of The Darkness were done by Randy, so for me he embodies some of the history of my favorite character. He had a one shot crossover between The Darkness and his own character Darkchylde, and he completely re-envisioned the character. When I requested the commission, he asked if he could do his version, and I was all too happy for that.

After he posted the finished art, he mentioned that it was a John Buscema tribute piece. It took a bit of searching online, but I did ultimately find the pic (See additional images.)
