Description

Geof drew this inside my copy of Hard Boiled #1. I couldn't properly express it to him at the time, but the way Geof Darrow draws comics completely rocks my world. He chooses to depict moments in time where many actions are taking place simultaneously, making the instant last as long as the reader takes to explore all the crushed soda cans, crumpled cigarette butts, discarded candy bar wrappers, ammunition shells, technological oddities and tattooed miscreants. Only in comics is this possible, and only Darrow has done it so well.
