Description

�� While my main purchases in my 1960's childhood were funny animal comics, I had a couple Lone Ranger 12-cent comics from the Gold Key days. I understand the artist Tom Gill was the primary artist for the title from Dell and Gold Key. At SDCC in 2004, I met Tom Gill when he was a Special Guest and he signed a couple handsome British digest collections of his work. It was the first time he'd seen them. Regrettably, I didn't ask whether the pages on display were for sale. This page turned up at Heritage in 2014 and became mine. Heritage reports Tom Gill had assistants work on this page. To my delight, Heritage reports this page was owned by Jack Kirby.
