DescriptionBeautiful page (page 3 of the second part) from the classic story “Message in a Nutshell” which was first published in Walt Disney Comics & Stories No. 380-382 (1972), and has since been published in at least 14 countries worldwide. As almost all of Murry’s artwork from the 1940’s to 1960’s has been destroyed, and only about 350-400 pages have survived (99% from the 1970’s/80’s) this makes this probably one of the best surviving pages....I just love the unusual panel-composition and those lush black inks in the last 3 panels, wonderful page with Mickey, Goofy and Captain Churchmouse...Social/Sharing |
