DescriptionJosé Antonio Domingo Bernabéu, más conocido como JAD, y que también utilizó el seudónimo de JAS fue un ilustrador español que através de la agencia de Josep Toutain, Selecciones Ilustradas trabajó durante la década de los setenta para el mercado de cómics alemán y norteamericano. Entre su trabajo se encuentran portadas para títulos como Gespenster Geschichsten, así como para las revistas Kung Fu, Blue Jeans o Dossier Negro.Durante su periplo por la industria del cómic norteamericano trabajó para editoriales como Marvel y Skywald. Es recordado particularmente sus portadas para la serie Nightmare, publicada por la editorial Skywald. Para la Casa de las Ideas trabajó en las revistas en blanco y negro Vampire Tales y Haunt of Horror. Se le atribuyó también la portada de Monsters Unleashed! vol.1 #10, pero posteriormente se demostró que la ilustración original estaba firmada por Vicente Segrelles. Otros trabajos del autor incluyen títulos como Bumerang, Castle of Horror y 5 and the Infinite. Social/Sharing |
