Description

After fighting a drug dealer As Oliver runs through the alleys, he suddenly comes across the scene of a brutal murder, which conjures memories of the torture that Dinah had undergone during the Robin Hood Killer case.

This page really stuck with me as I read it back in the day, in no small part because it recalled the original Longbow Hunters mini-series. The writing and the art here really captures the horror and the emotional damage that being in a violent lifestyle can bring. This whole series elevated comic books in my humble opinion.

Loved that series, and the humanity within it, both brutal and beautiful, that series was...this being the brutal, of course. Congrats on a powerful page.

Powerful moment. This book was a welcome anomaly in DC's lineup at the time.
