Wallace the Brave for 2019-01-11 by Will Henry

Wallace the Brave by Will Henry tells the story of a young boy - Wallace McCellan, his mom & dad, his feral brother (Sterling), his best friend (Spud), and the new girl in town (Amelia).

I love it! I should mention tha Will picked the strip and it's as if he read my mind. I was the kid in class reading what he "should not" during class. Usually it was Tom Swift, Jr. books as opposed to comics when in elementary school. It was comics in my Tue/Thr 1pm Electrical Engineering class during college though! :)

To give you a little perspective on how I feel about the strip, my personal line of favorite comics goes:

• Skippy by Percy Crosby
  
• Cap Stubbs/Cap Stubbs and Tippie/Tippee by Edwina Dumm
  
• Peanuts by Charles Schulz (especially the early years (50s/early 60s)!)
  
• Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson
  
• Cul de Sac by Richard Thompson
  
• Wallace the Brave by Will Henry

Yeah, I know. That's a strong heritage, but I really feel like it's their successor and I'm glad it's out there.
